I can't play a game without getting trolls, afks or feeders on my team, and I am wondering if the devs didn't like my post about the Fan art, so they tweaked my MMR to be stuck as really high giving me feeder trash every game for like 11 out of 13 games. Hmm..

DBS Ronovon1 votesYeah who knows, I think what I am saying is closer to reality than just paranoia, and here is why. They know people like URF, but they change URF so that it sucks, and they give us modes that they (the devs) will enjoying seeing us play and try to figure out, instead of giving us modes that are actually fun. Other than Hexakill and URF, all the other modes SUCK really bad and I hate them.
They made URF Random champ select by the way, cool huh? The best mode now sucks because you can't pick your champ and just have fun.

DBS Ronovon1 votesI don't know man, the terms don't override commerce laws. If I pay for something, then they owe me access to my goods that I have purchased. If they say I purchased something like a skin, then they ban my account, then I would have legal right to claim the money I paid for the skin, to transfer bought property to another account. If they say its only rented, then they could be sued for misleading sales, because I didn't purchase Riot Points with the intention of renting anything, I bought all the goods, see? They can't just ban you if you have spend hundreds of dollars on the game. Its not that simple. Given I should have been perma banned based on how many times I have been suspended, but I have appealed many times and they reinstate my account with Zero Honor like usual and give me no loot, keys, and chat ban me. I think personally there should only be a chat ban, since thats where all the flaming happens anyway. You can't expect to be a mommy and daddy on the game and make people be nice, you can just restrict their ability to chat.
I have asked about it many times by the way, and they always say the same thing, "We have no way of changing your rating or MMR or anything" but I really suspect they can do something of the sort. I get ram rodded with these horrible teams for 5-7 games in a row without fail.
I still play, but really I just don't care much about the games anymore, because no matter what you do, you will have one of those people who wants to lose, and if not you'll go up against Plat and gold players if you're in Silver or Bronze because of MMR. MMR is basically how they control it, I suspect. They keep you down unless you can beat gold and plat teams in Solo/ Duo, and not only beat them, but carry against them with afks and feeders making it virtually impossible to rank up.
I am not sure if it just a bad sport pool or something, because I was banned they pool me with other bad behavior players and a punishment.
Lame. I might as well just smurf and mute my team every game.

2.1. How can my account be suspended or terminated? (If you break the rules, Demacian Justice will be visited upon your account!)
Three different people/entities can suspend or terminate your account:
2.1.1. You. You may terminate or suspend your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
2.1.2. Us.We may terminate or suspend your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that:
(a) you have violated any part of this Agreement;
(b) we have stopped offering the Riot Services in your region; or
(c) doing so would be in the best interests of our community, the Riot Services, or the rights of a third party.
We may make such determinations, among other ways, by using automated systems and machine learning tools.
2.1.3. The Tribunal®. The Tribunal® system allows our community of users to police the compliance of other users with the “Summoner’s Code,” which outlines the principles of ideal game play behavior, as well as with our other policies. Community members, including you, may submit descriptions of activity and actions of certain users within the Game, and collectively determine if that particular user was in compliance with our policies. If The Tribunal determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated one of our policies, we may suspend or terminate your account on behalf of the community.
2.2. What happens if my account is terminated? (No LoL for you.)
If your account is terminated, you’ll no longer have access to it, including any of the associated data or content (e.g., champions, skins, Riot Points, etc.). You’ll not be entitled to any refunds and we’ll have no liability to you. And to get around you claiming you bought it and therefore have protection they added this in 4.3
4.3. Do I “own” the Virtual Goods I unlock? (No. What you “unlock” is not the virtual good itself, but rather, a qualified right to access it in the Game.)
You have no ownership or other property interest in any of the Virtual Goods you unlock, regardless of whether you acquired access to those Virtual Goods using Riot Points, Blue Essence or Hextech Crafting. Virtual Goods have no monetary value. You can’t redeem them for cash. You can’t obtain any refunds for purchasing Riot Points or Virtual Goods, except as expressly permitted by us. You can find our current content refund policy here.
We have the right to delete, alter, move, remove, or transfer any and all Game Content—including Virtual Goods—in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason or no reason, with or without notice to you, and with no liability of any kind to you. We don’t provide or guarantee, and expressly disclaim, any value, cash or otherwise, attributed to any data residing on servers we operate or control, including any Game Content attributed to your account. You don't own anything because they actually grant you a semi permanent lease for the money you spend. By banning you they stop the lease.
So yes, if they really had a mmr ban system it would just be way easier to ban you and completely legal.
