A major flaw of Riot's Dynamic que system in Ranked.

As you all know, we have Tiers , Divisions , and LP as our "visual representation" of our current standings in ranked. This is inaccurate and is actually more like a distraction/illusion. Below these, the MMR (match making rating) is the numerical representation of our true ranked standing. So, combining these two tells us that your tier/division/LP doesn't have to match your MMR. Two gold players could have a huge gap between their MMRs (maybe one is lower around the 1200s and the other is higher in the 1600s)

In relation to dynamic que because of how the system works, you can premade with players that are within 1 tier below/above you WITHOUT REGARDING MMR. So your MMR can drastically change after playing a couple of dynamic que games. Your PLACEMENT (or provisional) games could be GREATLY affected by the MMR inconsistencies (which results in a different elo average for your games) in your dynamic ques. This results in having a higher chance of placing either much higher or much lower than you were in the previous season. This system flaw is pretty big and i think riot needs to address it.

There used to be no restrictions... think about that.........

I don't think you got the point of my thread........ they can keep the "restrictions" (whatever they may be) but they should improve the system to make it a more accurate representation of our mmr. Why else do you think, despite Riot putting in the tier/division system, that people still refer to MMR? The answer is obvious.

They can queue together but they won't earn MMR at the same rate. The lower MMR player will earn more than the higher one as he'll be against people with an average MMR.

As far as placement goes - this simply isn't true considering your placement game don't affect your MMR as much as your last season's MMR.
