I recently jumped aboard the LB train so I could be OP and Broken and noticed that her Ult costs zero mana. I honestly had no idea before I played her that this was the case. Giving her ult a mana cost would greatly fix some of her unbalanced issues. Two other options would be increasing her passive time, or increasing Ult cool down. Those AP scaling "nerfs" aren't going to do anything.

leblanc , She's all fun and games till someone gets rekt. Then people rage. I like that her ult is on a decent cooldown, not too high and not low. Because Her ult is a mimic, not even a real ult. Like jayce's, nidalee's, elise's sorta speak, granite it doesn't change into a whole new set of abilities.. It's a way for her todo numerous things, than what she was doing originally, which was W-Q-R with DFG and trying to just 1 shot you that way. Now lebalnc's do all kinds of tricks. From W-E-R-Q To Q-W-R-E to E-Q-R-W. IT makes her alot of fun and skill full because shes capable deciding her copied ability, which also keeps her in check. That allows some counter play, For if she W's a minion wave and casts Q after, then you have a window of opportunity to trade with her because she has no R blink, it was mimic'd to Q. So it makes leblanc players really pick and choose what ability to originally use for that will be the ability they will mimic, if they decide to ult. Not to mention, Her mana costs for every ability is higher than other assassins(at max rank). So mana management is a must with leblanc, so her ult having no mana costs helps her out abit i feel like.
