Remember all the posts complaining about Lee Sin having too much mobility in his kit as well as to having too high of a base ms?
Well, they couldn't get rid of the mobility in his kit, so they nerfed his base ms?

Personally I think it should be lowered even more considering he still has 3 escapes and 2 engage tools.
Troll for Trump1 votesWell, the thing is, in order to use his engage tools, he uses up all his escapes as well, because they're connected together to do the engage combo. No sane person will let you walk up to them and ult them. He either has to use his second engage/an escape tool(Q) or his (W), another escape tool.
While his R can be used to escape when needed, he should be using it to engage, especially lategame. If he just QQEs you, that's not really much of an engage.

That's the thing. He has literally highest movespeed in the game so he can walk right up to you.
His R on such a low cd also makes it hard to stop him from snowballing because if all else fails he just kicks you and runs away with, again, literally the highest movespeed in the game
EDIT: sorry my bad he's not highest movespeed. I had that in my head for some reason. There are a couple champions with 355 like Yi and I think one more maybe. Still excessive for a champion with so many mobility tools. Usually that high movespeed is limited to champs with waaaaaay less mobility.
