Thematically it's probably along the lines of inspiration. Like Fiora's ult.

It's more of a Morale Boost. So it's less like your wounds are closing, and more like your adrenaline pumps harder.
It's the same reason there aren't soft-spoken fitness classes. You need to get the last bits of energy out there, so they yell positive things.
