Bard, the utterly useless
Bard is so bad, i would rather have a promoted cannon minion supporting me. Sorry but lets break it down.
he has at max 300-400 damage from his entire kit fully upgraded
For christ sake, janna has more spell damage.
His speed boost is on a 12 second cool down and heals for less then an auto attack.
His ultimate could be good if it didn't have a delay which basically makes the ult useless.
Situations an aoe zhonyas would be good.
malphite ult, zejuani ult, leblanc burst, zed ult, blah blah blah/
All these ults take less then a second to land. Bard? 2 freaking seconds.
What is typically does is after you take massive damage, you try counter ulting and now everyone is in stasis while your ult is completely wasted.
His portal is horrible. There isn't a single situation where this is good. Running from someone? They can go through too. Running after someone? Ok they turn the other way while "you cut them off"
His ap scaling is horrible. HORRIBLE. His meeps are ignorable. Nautilus has a better on hit passive and he doesnt have to roam to get it.
If we look at low damage tanks, all have either innate godmode, multiple forms of cc, or auras which make allies tankier.
If we look at sustian champs, all of them have low cooldowns, movespeed buffs, emergency INSTANT spells, and harass.
If we look at utility champs, they have shields, passives, cc, and gamebreaking emergency ults.
Bard doesn't fit into any of these and if you compare every single ability in his kit to an ability currently in the game with the same type mechanic, it will be by far the worst one.
