So I'm interested in what Riot has planned for Ashe with the New IE and Stormrazor. I see it as 1 of 3 ways.
IE and Stormrazor are utterly broken on her, as IE can be rushed as a first item giving her shit tons of true damage as a first item, and she will basicly perminatly have the passive AS and MS buff from Stormrazors.
IE and Stormrazor are useless on her as her passive is not coded as a traditional crit.
They rework her passive. Again.
Thoughts?
IE has no crit on it, neither does SR. You would need a Zeal item for that to take off.
Need a zeal item as well otherwise an IE/Stormrazor rush isn't very useful on her.
Ashe can critically strike, it's just that her crits apply an enhanced slow rather than deal additional damage. Thus, Stormrazor would cause her first auto to apply that enhanced slow.
Not sure how IE would work, though. Does it include the bonus damage Ashe gets from Frost when converting to true damage, or just the base damage of her autos? If it's the latter, then yeah, nobody's going to build IE on her.
I believe they're going to rework her passive.
