As much I want to use the new client during open beta

I won't until item sets have been added, I just find them so useful that i would rather keep the old client if it meant losing access to item sets.

You can totally keep using item sets in the new client. Check this post for all details: http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/help-support/NEXA7NOw-will-the-pre-season-update-delete-my-item-sets?comment=0001

I already knew about that but I don't want to go back and forth between the old and new client every time I want to create or tweak a item sets. Especially with preseason coming.
