Win rates are a lot more variable than just the champions balance.

Yasuo and urgot have nearly the same % of win rate. This does not put them on the same level. So can we please stop this win rate = balance non-sense? If you really feel that way go fight that 40%ish win rate ryze with your shiny new Elemental 50% win rate lux and see how that turns out after lane phase.

Wait, you mean, team comp, individual skill on both sides, experience with said champion is not shown in win % ? kek
