AR URF and ARAM and Owning Most Champs...

I own like 90% of all champs in the game. I bought them all because I could, and I've been playing this game for about a decade. I love playing Random Champs in ARAM or AR URF, but my chances of getting someone I am familiar with is drastically lower than someone who doesn't own so many champions.

I also have left LoL last October and have tried to make comebacks each quarter or so, only to quit again. I think I'm here to stay for good, once again, but I emphasize this because I return now with the experience of playing many other games in the past year.

Step away and return to something and it can feel fresh, and my ideas and approach can be fresh again. With that said, I feel like I have an ingenious idea that would thrill MILLIONS of your player base.

Do you know how you have like 2 or 3 rerolls for the Random Pick modes, and you regenerate them in between games? Well, imagine having more based on the quantity of champions you own permanently. I feel like I ought to have at least 10 rerolls, with 3 regenerated per game. Maybe give me 15 rerolls with 5 regenerated per game. It's more fair that I should be permitted to reroll more often, and I think some of you would agree with me. The downside to a large champion pool is the decreased chance of familiarity relative to an account with only their favorite champions being owned.

I have access to 138 champions right now between the free rotation and my owned champions. 15 rerolls would give me access to 11% of my accessible roster right now. That would be roughly equivalent to someone with 30 champions who has 3 rerolls.

This would also incentivize champion purchases, or it wouldn't create a penalty for champion ownership in the random modes.

I'm already paranoid with modes like ARAM and URF that there is a chance I'll run into someone that already has a specialized account set up for those modes, so that they always get the champions they primarily play. That thought alone makes the modes sometimes feel unfair. To enable players to do the same, and have whether or not the game works in their favor be dependent on whether or not they have any rolls left not only takes the purpose out of URF, but the fun out of the game all together.

The very point of AURF is to pick from that very big pool of champions that players may have, to be chaotic, random. It's URF for a reason.

Rerolls already sorta subvert the spirit of random game modes by giving players control over that randomness. Increasing the number of rerolls exacerbates that concern.

If anything, the advantages of a specially-tailored "random" account is what needs to be addressed, rather than the downsides of a "regular large" account.
