what's with the 35sec count down after everyone has already picked/ locked..
I understand we need some time if you're trading and such but 35 seconds is a bit much. Easily could be 10-15

lofi n chillhop2 voteslots of players build their masteries every game, and use that time to do so. frankly, I feel like it could be 5 seconds longer. just, spending the time to look at the full 5v5 and consider if you want to change rune pages, and think about which masteries to take? it takes up time
