Can we change some things in poro king?

There are some champions who can instakill the poro king negating all the effort a team puts in to get it.

Basically can we reduce the amount of %health damage that poro king takes, like the scuttle crab?

Can I get an Idea on who those champs are. (so I can add them to my ban list) Though I think Lucian has a lot of minion damage on his ult.

Usually I just pick fiddle in that game mode. Maybe not the fastest, but the amount of HP he can sustain off of the poro king is insane.
