Quinn's E CD increase got pulled for the time being and she currently has an AD nerf on her Skystrike and an AS increase on her W passive.

because its not fun when a bird runs around the map to find you and LITERALLY one shot you with an auto and her ult damage thingy

Ummm they barely touch her burst and drastically up her sustained damage for short fights. I really don't think that is a nerf just a QOL adjustment to correct her gameplay ideal.
She was meant to be a roaming ADC not a Roaming Assassin.
Heightened Sense (W) Attack Speed bonus increased from 20/25/30/35/40% to 20/35/50/65/80% Skystrike (R) total AD ratio lowered from 100% to 40%
Quinn's E is busted
Jesus shit, what nerf? This is totally unnecessary buff if I ever saw one.
Quinn had a 57% win rate right after the lethality buffs, and her win rate was even higher on quinn mains! She could fly around the whole map at mach 10, then one shot anyone who wasnt full armor tank. If anything riot needs to fix how her damn E counters nearly everything, if you patheon W at the same time quinn E's you dont stun quinn at all but your patheon W goes on cooldown. These are the kind of things riot REALLY needs to fix, and that should help tone down quinns craziness. Just make abilities function how they are supposed to.
