Maokai and Shen were nerfed for their super oppressive lane base stats
So why is 
allowed to build full tank and outdamage every other champion in the entire game?

Thund3r Ang3l1 votesDont worry, I know these nerf are harsh for shen ealry game but Next patch, one of his core item is getting a small buff ( tiamat/titanic ) so he wont lose too much mid game.
