Rammus rework idea
Dear riot;
Reduce R damage a lot, and reduce the CD but replace R with W.
increase his base Hp and armor. He is freaking armodillo he cant have one of the weakest base stats ever. lol. its not realistic.
New R. 50-40-30 secs CD.( cant be reduced by cdr items)
No more gives armor and mr and free thormail effect.
Now rammus can dodge basic attacks,(%20,%40,%60 chance) and reduce the magic damage taken(%20,%40,%60) 10 seconds duration.
passive : every %1 hp loss reduces 0.5 secs of his ultimate.
