They benefitted too hard from the armor pen of the new jungle items.

They both need their burst reduced.

Most of her damage scales off of BONUS AD. Attempting to build her durably with no damage causes her to fall off late game.

Disagree. Learn to ward and pay attention to the map and your positioning.
