The boards with Fiora, Draven and Twitch

How I view it:

Draven's Death Dance build needs to be looked at. Remove the bleed effect or nerf the damage by 60% of its amount or reduce an ability. I feel like nerfing the item would be the best choice. Draven as a champion isn't broken but the item he abuses is what makes him too strong. Not many people build DD anyways.

My nerf suggestions for DD? Take away the bleed effect or make it melee only. If you want it to be for everyone, cut down the damage to 60 and increase the cost by 250 gold.

Fiora is a monster. Good laning phase, can trade without must cost. Q in and you get a heal and movement speed and true damage and you can easily get out. Late game is a monster too. Tone down her early game but increase her late game and increase her scaling so she stays in the same state when she hits mid-game. Mana costs and CD on Q increased, but CD and scaling decreased at later ranks.

Twitch will always be strong no matter what patch it is. I don't necessarily think he's even broken. He's just meta and strong. I don't believe nerfs will really come for him yet. People want him nerfed because Caitlyn was addressed in a very reasonable way. I even wanted Caitlyn to be nerfed as such. Addressing all ADCs will not always be great. There will always be ADCs at the top and Twitch is just one of them.
