Tilt hurts

Okay, so i got 97 LP need 1 more win to get in series. Then i get an AFK'r. Lost -22 LP. Okay. Then i play another match and lose because the team wasn't so great. -20 LP. Then i join another and lose because there is a troller whom just runs into their whole team and feeds them, then replies to our pleas to stop with "LMAO". Some more LP deducted. Then i play another and again twice in a row another troller. Lose again. out of 4 games in a row 3 are either AFK'rs or trolls, so that's almost -70 LP that isn't even my fault. This was yesterday and since then i cant seem to win any matches. This is beyond stupid. When i came to the forums to complain about it yesterday i got banned. When i dodged some matches with potential trolls (they start cursing or saying they are gunna troll if they don't get their prefs) I lose LP and have to wait 5 minutes, and then 30 minutes. So should i just not play for a couple of days? This is retarded. I went from 97 LP to 3. I stay stuck on b2 bcs when i do well and make it almost to series some stupid sh*t happens and i tilt.
