Meddler will you finally speak about BMB items?

they are the cure to the ADC meta plague and i've been waiting 3 years for it. Why you guys can't just take them and put few of them in the normal SR? i've been able to break the meta 8/10 thx to it. Of course some needs tweaks but the concept can't be left down and rot in oblivion

please at least make this game mode permanent
