I dislike games where top laners only afk push and split.
I don't blame the player. But jeez these champs are pretty dull. Where's the teamplay in those champs.

This is also My reason for not playing top lane
This is also why I dislike top and sometimes support. But I suck at jungle so I pretty much get stuck top.

The more I think about the toplane situation nowadays, the more it is apparent to me that top lane's problem state is a composite of lacking "objectives" (read: enemy players you can screw with) and the "stay in lane and cover me" effect of hyper-scaling melee carries ( trynd, jax, fiora... ).
I think it would be good to increase the top lane's ability to interfere with other lanes. Mid is already an option (but a lot of time populated by hard to gank hyper mobile bursters), bot is faraway. The logical conclusion is, for the top laner to be able to mess with the enemy jungler.
Let me be clear: I am not saying the jungler should have more fun things to do. I am saying the jungler should have things done to him. Which will reduce the jungler's fun.
Top lane is a 1player game. Absolutely no impact unless they are Nasus. And even still the best thing a top laner can do, is divert attention by afk pushing.
Its lame, ik, but its just the nature of being in the lane farthest away from the only role that matters(ADC).
This game really needs to change to 6v6 if u ask me. 2 top 2 bot 1mid 1jungle This would promote more diversity and excitement in the top lane.
Split pushing, when done right, requires the involvement of the entire team. Split pushing is about splitting the enemy team between two or more objectives, not simply being a menace that never leaves one of the side lanes. A good split pusher is capable of fighting while outnumbered, and as such if they see an opportunity to rotate into a team fight and flank the enemy back line they should.
You most definitely should blame the player that afk split pushes, because they are doing it wrong.
