How broken would Urgot be if his Q applied on-hit effects?

New sexier Ezreal.

I don't know, but I don't think would make much sense at all. He doesn't build attack speed at all (synergy with on hit), and he even is more of a caster too. I think his build path would be more like Ezreals with muramana and triforce with the sheen effects. Then it would be pretty good, but again you would be squishier, and your ult would be worse in comparison (since you're less tanky and the ult puts you closer to the enemy team)

Would make Ezreal build urgot somewhat viable, but I don't think it will make the change from caster -> onhit/caster urgot

That's a painful thing to think about in late game scenario. Like the other two have already stated prior to me that's basically making him Ezreal level on skill casting. Knowing that it's already a quick cast, it would really boon him up on viability. Broken however? Probably.
