Make his basic attack to hit for 170% r 180% when they crit!!

Right now even a noob yasuo that he would lose all his Q he would still AA you to death because of how easy it is for him to have 100% critical

His Q should remain at 190% but his AA need to be lower when they crit!

And this is would be the first time that riot would be able to use in a correct situation the whole "who is good and who is not with the champion" mentality that they have

Actually, just lower the attack speed cap to 1.25, or make 1.25 the soft cap and AS becomes increasingly inefficient as you build up toward the current cap (so you'd need somewhere like the equivalent of 5.5 AS to reach 2.5)
