Her kit is weird, and it's gonna take some getting used to. Add to that the fact that a lot of Evelynn's strength lies in her pressure when she has access to stealth, squishies can't extend if they know Evelynn might be in that bush. And this pressure is not something all the new Eve players can abuse yet.

The Last Ballad1 votesThe preseason pbe patch should be starting this week either today or wednesday, so the soonest she can get buffs would be one of those days, but the likely thing would be waiting at least a few days into the pbe cycle before buffs/nerfs to individual champs come out.

She currently has the 2nd to lowest Solo Queue winrate at around 43% as per Lolking.com and, being played in mainly Solo Queue as compared to Ryze who sees way more Team Queues instead of Solo Queues... this is a very unhealthy position to be in.
Miror B1 votesI'd personally like to see her kit be less focused around actual tank parts and more about damage. Get rid of the %hp shenanigans, add better AP and AD scaling to her q, and increase the distance of her ulti. That should fix her.

The problem isn't with her %hp abilities, those are actually very useful.
Her CDR tuning leaves her standing around a bit too much. This is because she is lacking in Resets.
I assume that once the kinks are ironed out and the CDs are brought down a bit, she should fair better off.
It's too soon to say "delete and revert"
I do not miss playing the old eve after seeing what the new Eve is capable of first hand.
But thumbs up for content containing post and not just QQ threading.
Jackom11 votesWell she's kinda weak right now, so some slight buffs (the ones already on PBE to be clear) are welcome. Agree that it's better to see how she fares in the pre-season, then maybe buff/tune her properly if needed.
