Useless on most champions, very useable on others. Have you ever thought about Evelynn suddenly attacking you at full hp with absolute focus to insta kill you?

Yeah thanks I'd rather have my extra cdr converted to AP / AD since everything gives CDR + 10% extra cdr or more movement speed rather than something that will decay after getting hit by a single AA from an adc

Sorcery is basically a secondary tree for assassins and most runes here are for assassins, like Nimbus cloak, so useful for Syndra Velkoz Annie to get extra movement speed after using their ult

Ok go ahead and pick those then? Like i said it's situational like most runes, some you pick on everyone honestly and they still do decent. And you don't just lose all the damage from one attack its a percentage based on hp left.

Well as long as you're above the threshold you still get the full AP buff and assassins are flanking so they won't really get poked unless they fuck up.

Shaco is even easier to abuse with this considering unlike Evelynn hes invisible until the moment you attack or his Q runs out of time.
