Why pick heal as ADC when you can just take ignite

Teleport is nerfed and heal is nerfed.

25% of your health with one click and DoT as true damage - why not?

Teleport and heal got nerfed because they got picked too much. Since everyone started using teleport and heal was so popular, may as well nerf flash for its high pickrate and safety. Ooh - and ignite isn't picked enough

If I have to play bot I play Ap kennen or veigar. I take summoner 21 everytime.
