@Meddler: What "levers of balance" are you looking at for Jinx?

Jinx right now is dominating the top of the ADC line, with only Graves giving her any competition. Considering she's able to do poorly and still annihilate teams, I think that's a bit of a problem sector. However, Jinx is also vulnerable to lane bullies, making Graves her main counter at the moment.

What I'd like to know, though, is what "levers of balance" are available to adjust Jinx, and which ones are being focused on the most at the moment.
