Tristana sucks in early game, and jinx vs cait is still on the side of cait
there is a reason that cait has 53% win rate, and 55% win rate in high diamond/master she can't lose lane, and her teamfight doesn't suck, her late game is now on a vayne lvl due to massive headshots that can crit
Cait is cancer, when you lane against her she gives you cancer, if pantheon is cancer to lane against then so is cait

Caitlyn in the right hands is oppressive. in plat + most players understand how to abuse her at least half way decently and yeah she is awful to play against. she is an issue.
honestly not because her lane is dominant. thats her schtick always has been. to me, its that her E proc's a head shot. now if u aggress on her, her main defensive tool is also a BIG offensive tool especially once she gets some AD.

dim2a3 votesUnlike, say, vayne, cait is very counterable. yes, she is a lane bully, but she can be outplayed, and feels fair to play against (I do have have a rune page I use on my support pretty much exclusively vs. cait, but that is part of countering), and feels fun. For example, I never once banned cait, but I usually ban vayne when supporting. You shut down cait, she is not too useful late game... you shut down vayne, and it doesn't matter if the game goes long enough.

Needing patience as an ADC main is due to every other person on the map coming to my lane to mess me up, and probably the last person im worried about is the enemy ADC if I'm being real.

Leo10241 votesYou don't, she has an aggressive support and it's gg, get pushed to your turrets and then she spams traps you can't even see since they're behind turret, step on one, lose half your health, and she doesn't take damage since she's out of turret range, it's so annoying to deal with, ever since this Vayne and Cait started becoming popular, I quit support and moved to mid lane

As an ADC main myself, we like to give em the ol' "Slappy Zappy" combo. We can beat out a Cait by playing more aggressive than they can. Hitting them with AA's between CS makes them think twice about farming, basically backs them into their tower, and then you can just poke away!

Actually, I could solo with Vel'Koz botlane, but it needs the peel of Nautilus and I cant force the random support to pick it. Else it would be as effective.

I mean, sure, she can be annoying sometimes. But so can most champs. It's annoying when raka heals someone you were going to kill, or when you get peeled off by Janna, it's annoying when Amumu or Malph get a perfect engage and you just get blown up, or when you screw up and get hit by a Lux or Morgana binding and sit in cc for a bit and then die.
Every good champ does annoying things. You just deal with it and beat them when they're weak, instead of beating your head against them when they're at their strongest. It's not like shes unbeatable or anything.
