Whats the most effective AP Irelia Build?

I've gotten to the point in my elo at least where i can confidently pick her into mid (at least) and experiment with items and stilL perform well enough to be effective. So I'm trying to do something else besides the normal trinity to build to mix things up. I just tried it and did well for a while though my team got tilted/fucked so that happened. But it seemed pretty legit from what i was saying. although Q basically does nothing. I see things ranging from ap bruiser to or full nuke assassin mage thing.

I think you would want lichbane more. But the version of ap irelia that I have seen gets a huge nuke on her e so I think going Luden’s Echo might be a good option for first item. If you want, you could do sheen on your first back then you can complete luden’s echo.

Anklespankin made a vid on ap irelia a little while back on Youtube. You could either copy his build or use some of the items there in the build.

I would say go with a full ap assassin build if you are pretty far ahead in the early game, but if you are even I would say do an ap bruiser/hybrid bruiser type of build.

A hybrid bruiser build I think would do a gunblade rush, then you would go for items like rageblade. It would prob be like gunblade, lichbane, Rageblade then a tank item. This one might work with conq because it is geared more towards sustained DPS rather than full ap burst. And I think Gunblade’s healing also applies to true damage too.

Sorry if this was too long, I had a bunch of ideas and I was trying to get them down in an organized manner. Oh and btw I haven’t play Irelia, but I do play against her a lot and researched enough that I have a good basic understanding of what I am talking about. So just as a warning, don’t completely trust what I say, not because I might be lying but because idk how relevant or true my info may be for whatever elo you are in.

The build I used to go was first item item 3146 (starting with the AD components to help my CSing) into item 3100 , then a mana item ( item 3285 against farm Mages, item 3001 against poke Mages and AP Assassins), then item 3115 and item 3089 . Also situational boots
