Are we ready to admit Singed is utter trash yet?
Because I want to be able to play him in Plat+ sometime soon.

The change to his poison tick rate is what killed him.
Ever since that nerf farming has become a lot harder unless I'm always proxying (which you can't do 100% of the time). It makes it a lot harder to actually kill minions with the poison because it drains so gradually that other minion autos out damage the poison ticks.
He needs a full teardown VGU on the scale of Sion/Poppy/Urgot. Maybe keep his fling and somehow incorporate poison into his new design, but in a drastically different way.
