Why is the same old afk issue not fixed yet?

Seriously guys? 3 games with an afk on my team and therefore a guaranteed loss. Thanks for wasting my time in winless games. For the love of god fix the severs or ban the leavers this shit is getting too old for a game over 4 years old.
