Sated Eveourerer Transition the potion to a game-appropriate item ( etc) if you have one of those white elephant long games.

I know, "Xin is better." But I've been having a blast running in with Guinsoo + E + Fervor of Battle/etc. She stacks everything so quickly and just shreds squishies. On top of that, it is a wonderful mix of magic and physical damage (more magic, but you still do some phys thanks to fervor, et al). Folks have a hard time itemizing against it. Give it a shot!

I think Evelynn should be made unique to a duo damage threat similar to the changes Riot Made to Corki . You did a very good job of making Evelynn a duo damage type there and its probably somewhat of a threat but cant be sure.

Yup!

edit: I always try to AA first then E. Especially once you have sated, you get guinsoo and fervor of battle both stacked almost instantly.

Well, what I mean was, does her E count as two auto attacks in one move. Her E is supposed to be a double auto. I just tested it, using E only gives rageblade two stacks rather than 4

Correct, while it applies on hit effects twice, the melee component is only one.

I read somewhere it doesn't atm, could be a bug. Only way to know is to get sated and test it though.

Maybe I'm thinking of the thread on Renekton's w not stacking it up though.

Consider item 3146 That new heal is op (15% of** all **damage dealt is healed) plus the active (150+40%AP + Slow) is nice to add burst and slow them to get more autos in

That might make a good last item. Early on, I find CDR and on-hit effects too useful to give up. If it still had its cooldown reduced by AA's, I'd definitely get it. As it is, though, I'm not sure.

lol Eve has 137% AP scaling on her E with a Sated Devourer+Lich Bane+Nashors double proc+Guinsoos proc along with 120% AS for 2.5 attack speed. Absolutely insane.
