make ranked better in a single move

please, please make the team who has an afk not lose any lp, i mean comeon what is the logic behind someone losing lp when the situation is out of his hands, don't get me wrong though. The afk should get punished, but the team? what is the team's fault that someone decided f*** it im afk. i don't see any logic behind it. I am silver ii and having this issue, i can't even imagine the guys who are trying to get out of bronze, this can lose you a promo, or even demote you
