why does fizz E have such high base damage and scaling
if it makes him untargetable. at least. make it do less damage or just increase the cooldown. thats about it. dealing with him is too fraustrating.

Nahui4 votesIf you think about it, the rest of his kit doesn't do too much damage. The passive is almost negligible, Q requires a certain item to be built to do decent damage and flings him into harms way, W is sustained damage which requires him to stand and fight which is typically bad for assassin type champions. Only his R is a chunking nuke which can be dodged, predicted, and even easily itemized against. His E is the only part of his kit that, besides the ult, has high damage.
The thing with Fizz, and some other champions, is that they front loaded all of his power into his E. It does so much because Passive, Q, and W are a bit lack luster. It does cost 130 mana, however. Large, large cost.
