I would like to be able to ban someone I dont like facing again

Not be forced to ban a champion because he's too strong and I have to ban him if I want to win. -- I don't want to ban Kaisa, but she's just too strong. Her Q deals massive damage and once she have 2 items she's unstoppable. -- I don't want to ban Jhin, but I can't stand his interaction with Rageblade. Over 1k damage per auto attack is disguisting. -- I don't want to ban LeBlanc. I didn't have problems with lb before her rework and now she's the same right? So why can't I lane against her? Why does she deal 80% of my Hp in one combo? -- I don't want to ban Zed. And this is something I can count on someone else to do. Seriously what is this guy banrate? And it's not without reason. After Duskblade nerfs he got buffed in 3-4 patches and I think it's bit too much. He can have R on a 30-something second cooldown. No matter if you win lane, he just go bot, kill your ADC, steal some of his AD and he's back into the game.

I would really like Riot to adress some champions problems much quicker
