Would you say jinx or vayne or corki can carry solo queue better?

Corki is the safest of the three, but it honestly depends on your play style. We can give you suggestions, but only you or someone who has played with you often can answer your question.

Exactly, Corki is a good balance of safe poke and reliable damage output, but takes a fair amount of practice to play. Jinx is the easiest of the three, but is also the easiest to kill and gank. Vayne by far has the highest late game damage output, but has an extremely weak laning phase that requires almost flawless execution. In the end I would highly recommend Corki, but it comes down to your personal playstyle.

Corki. Very OP as of late.

Vayne. Very easily played. Even in a 2v1 against her favor.

Corki and Jinx. in that order.

The one problem with Vayne in solo queue is she absolutely can't win the lane alone. She needs her support to have a brain for her to have a chance to scale and outplay her opponent.
