how come 1 person can decide the game for 4 other people

i don't get why one person can have more negative impact on the game than one person can have positive. i've played league for 4 years now and this is the only time i've truly considered quitting league because it's the most depressing things to lose a game because of one person deciding they don't want to play with the team or that they go 0/5.

They can't. What you're describing is impossible. If one person was capable of having such a "negative impact" when playing badly, if they had played well instead they would be having an equally opposite reaction.
