It'll most likely be a nerf to the passive damage, if anything. Assassins who buy the item don't really need that much extra burst to begin with.

Nerf it to scale with total Lethality you have, then it's fine.

Finally had a nice new item path for Vayne, now Rito decides to nerf it. It gave some extra burst to start fights, then huge additional damage from each tumble during your ult. Easy 3 shot on squishies. Well same damage at level 18, but no slow for 1v1s. Venting over.
