No it's because first turret gold. Ziggs can execute towers at 20%. and his passive does bonus damage to turrets. Thus, putting him botlane where the turret is weakest becomes intelligent.
Most of them are except like Vayne Twitch and Cait. Notice how the ones that aren't extremely underwhelming at 2 items are suddenly top-tier, lol. People complained about Statikk rush vayne, but i did it early s6 like an entire year before it was deemed "OP". Only difference is other adcs became weak, probably can't even call them adCs anymore.
Why is ziggs bot so strong? Well he has poke, small escape, a lot of damage, some boosted auto-attack and an ult to finish someone off So basicly he's caitlynn ap :?
I'm about to say something even more stupid: I think you can play ziggs bot, IF your team already has a AD mid like Yasuo Honestly its not better then a regular adc, it became a thing on youtube so people want to try it out too which is perfectly fine but just don't play it in ranked cause if you fail, you get all the blame in flame and you know you might have deserved it.

always these low elo players responding to these threads without any idea of the core issues in the game. Adc is in a pathetic state right now. Just because you're experiencing something at one elo doesn't mean it applies to every aspect of the game. The skill level is alot lower at your elo so of course, players aren't going to punish you as hard for your mistakes. Complete ignorance.
