Warwick QoL Suggestion: Ping visible Blood Hunt targets

Would it be possible to include a feature that triggers a ping on Warwick's mini-map at the location of visible targets that fall below 50% health, or displays an indicator on his screen of that champion's mini-map icon and an arrow to their current direction? Not consistently, certainly (that's the reason for the trail) but just at the initial time of the first sound indicator.

Currently it's great that we get a map-wide sound effect but, when jungling, it's often frustrating to see that happen and have no idea which champion you're hunting, or whether it's mid (and easy to tank) or top (and on the exact opposite side of the map). You waste time having to scan the lane personally, or having to communicate with your allies -- which is time you could have spent moving towards that lane for a gank. Having a brief ping at the location would really add a lot of clarity to the Warwick player's experience.

Thoughts?

I think this'd be a really helpful addition, especially since it's a twofold kinda deal for both experienced players and new ones (I'd imagine getting lost in all the red and tunnelling can be an issue for newer players playing Warwick, though I'm not actually sure).

If they did add something like this, I'd bet they'd use something like the Neutral Ping (G+L/Click) since it's quiet, not distracting, but still capable of grabbing one's attention. Having it pop up when a target hits the threshold would be a good way for Warwick players to be clued in on who they're about to chase.

All-in-all, it'd be a great addition that, from what I could imagine, wouldn't hugely impact the primal nature of Warwick's Blood Hunt.
