I've seen a number of ADC players at my elo building this item along with their supports ardent censor. It's laughable Riot is taking no action with the worlds excuse. If this is what they want for worlds, I actually have no words.
It's actually a meta start for ADC's with a weak early game in higher elo's (and Korea). Having the support take Heal is also gaining a lot of traction.
Of course, naturally, Sheep will be sheep. So I'm sure people will start taking it by default without knowing why. Then it will get gutted. RiP (again), Support item slots.
I'm surprised adc relic start wasn't popular sooner especially when doran shield start was popular. Bonus HP and gold gen to help both the adc and support.
