no but seriously, despite the glaring issues, you could introduce this... you could maybe make it a keystone That also replaces flash thus giving ranged players a chance to escape properly. This would be useful against ranged lane bullies early and a decent engage tool late game. the fact that you lose your keystone AND your flash to get this would balance itself out.
