I barely see anyone with this item, yet I think it's wonderful for the supports I play. It gives a fair amount of AP, its active can be invaluable sometimes, and the CDR and movement speed is great for supports. Why does barely anyone buy it?

Professor Ward1 votesOnly problem i have with this is that the better your team wards, the worse this item becomes. Its nice to have the chase active, and for scouting when wards arent available, but i feel like this item is "win more".
