No. We don’t need more CDR. We need other classes to have less imo.

when you add CDR to more equipment you devalue it, much worse when its a general buy for roles that buy that item. Its much better to balance champions case by case if their CDs are too long or short rather then giving out CDR like candy.

Tanks don't need/want more cdr.

Most don't synergize with the attack speed / adaptive damage minirune so that's already scaling 10% at lvl 18..

Almost every magic resist item has cdr tacked onto it, so that's already 20% total when not against a full ad team....

Many tanks only exist unfortunately as supports so there is another 10% but I wont count this one... again 10%, but not counting this one either since its usually tied to the support role, although I do often get this as a tank jungler/toplaner if my adc / midlaner is good but requires peel
