No, he did not get banned for that. He got banned for making the game miserable for 4-9 other human players.

you realize he was leaving his adc in lane and taking farm once he came back here watch this video... he then falsely reports his teammates cause he didnt like them. this is wrong in every way 28:32

You act like supports leaving their adc is a punishable crime. Anyone who plays support should have their own freedom to play however they want and this play style is not negatively impacting any game whatsoever except for those who get butthurt that someones not playing the meta. I never heard him falsely reporting his teammate so I cant comment on that but either way supports are not bound or restricted to any playstyle.
