I just had a really fun game as Udyr (I was the ADC rather than the jungler, but still) and was considering getting a little better with him should I ever end up jungling, so that I'm not completely hopeless when I get the role. I'm generally unaware of how things are going in the jungle right now. Is he good?
lilpokfluf2 votesHe's been underwhelming every game I've seen him in. This is in silver tho, when they gank they usually need flash and most of the time they are forced to power farm and split push since they can't match the gank power of some of the meta junglers.

Don't play him right now: mobility creep, nerfed his items and his base dmg, meta doesn't favour him.
Just play WW or Sej if you want to climb as easy jgs. Udyr is currently only for Udyr mains and even then you'll be very hard pressed to hit plat without 200+ games on him (if you're already a plat quality player).

P.S: Playing udyr period right now (and up until atleast his mini-rework) is like chastising yourself... you gotta be a real masochist to try and rank up with udyr :)
