Reduced Surrender Timers to Match S6 Snowballing changes

I am a low elo player and since the snowballing changes in S6 (ex. Turrets made out of tissue paper) about 80% of my games are stomps (for us or the enemy). So if the enemy can take my turret when I back once for items at 7 minutes, shouldn't the surrender vote be moved? At least have a mercy rule where if theres a certain gold differential or kill differential by 15 minutes then the losing team has an option to ff. The worst part at low elo is when you can see a clear path for the enemy to win yet they all stand around mid doing nothing until one of them trips over the nexus, yet you have to watch this and get slaughtered, prolonging a hopeless game by 10-15 minutes.

I understand that there is always hope (especially at low elo, baron throws are OP), but if the enemy team is up 14 kills at 15 minutes, we don't really have a chance. This change really needs to be at least considered (and if it already is, right on then) because I think the numbers are >60% of players are in bronze and this sucks when you want to start your next promo rather than be shit on for ten minutes longer than is necessary.

I wish they would put a feeder count on surrender votes. The higher your death count, the lower the surrender time. 0/20 by the 5 minute mark? You're ok to surrender this.
