Miss Fortune & Lucian Ult Bug [GAMEPLAY]

I don't have footage of this but I've been experiencing some funky stuff with mf and lucian ultimates. See, I've been playing for a while and I've been playing long enough to know that a shield bash to the face is sufficient to cancel an mf or lucian ultimate mid-channel. But lately I've been having an issue where cc won't stop the channel. And not just with leona, I smacked a miss fortune in the face dead center with an amumu ultimate (and later in the game his q) and she continued to fire. A friend of mine had the same issue with anivia's q. I've also seen lucians in my games continue blasting my team after they've been hard cc'd. Is anyone else seeing this?
