Not sure as to why Kog'Maw's win rate plummets after the 40 minute mark. Any ideas?

FortisDominus2 voteslow playrate might have a large effect in this (not enough data to support the fact that kogmaw falls off 40+ minutes). Kog has less than a 1% playrate and how often do you think games go over 40 minutes now a days topped off with the 1% playrate?
If anything its because of kogmaws getting caught in 40+ minute games. He has no CC and no escapes so if he gets caught at that point in the game its over.

Best Kog NA1 votesYou're using Kog'Maw data from 1000 ADC Kog'Maw games. That's a .5% Playrate. The amount of games that go over 40 minutes makes that number even less. Point is, there isn't enough Kog'Maw being played in Platinum up to make an accurate statements / predictions on his winrate. It all can be explained down to random chance, or variables outside of the balance of Kog'Maw.
