Annie her E Molten Shield should have a recast

With the upcomming AP Bruiser changes I have been thinking what AP champions will have te least benefits on these changes. Annie is an Immobile Burst Mage sitting with a decent winrate across all ELO's. Currently her winrate in higher mmr is higher than in lower mmr. What can be because of her been used as an engage tool rather than an burst mage. She might just be fine after the changes but I think with all these AP changes maybe it's a good time to give her some love and slightly increase her option in her already linair kit:

I would like to suggest an recast on her E. Where the shield explode losing the damage reduction but deal massive AOE magic damage. The recast will count for her passive.

With an recast in her kit. Annie is able to approach the fight with an less predictable stun: Is she going to tibers, is she going to flash stun, etc... I believe adding this into her kit would be a great foundation if she ever needs a rework. I have felt her kit slowly starts to feel outdated. It's not much yet but I believe this change could allow her to handle rust for yet another few years.
