I think you just don't see him often because he's a weird champ - the whole floating stars thing puts people off.

52% winrate on a 0.96% pick rate though, so he's not bad.

He is actually in a really good spot right now, as the reason why he got a slight nerf in 7.24. He is just a very difficult champion to get the maximum you can out of him for lower skill players. If you like him I suggest just taking the time to figure out how to play him efficiently. If want someone to watch you can look up Huhi, he is a big fan of Asol.
